Sending via Share

With the Sharing feature in Braintoss, it becomes very easy to send an item from Whatsapp, Twitter, LinkedIn, Safari, Chrome or any other app, which supports Sharing, to your inbox.

Adding email addresses

In this tutorial we will show you how to send a Braintoss to an email address
other than your default email address.

Trello

Step 1: add your Trello address* in Braintoss. Go to settings and then click on “add e-mail address”. Paste your Trello address here.

Step 2: if this Trello address is your default address in Braintoss, it will automatically send to this Trello address. If you have multiple email addresses in Braintoss you can select the email address by holding the “+” button before sending.

*You can find your Trello email address in each Trello board. Open Trello, go to a board, go to menu, go to more and there you will see the email address. Only via online and desktop versions, not in the Trello app.

Quickstart

Here’s how to enable Quickstart. A feature to open Braintoss directly in your preferred capturing mode. Works great with Siri or Google Assistent to allow for quicker capturing your thoughts on the go.

Todoist

Step 1: add your Todoist address* in Braintoss. Go to settings and then click on “add e-mail address”. Paste your Todoist address here.

Step 2: if this Todoist address is your default address in Braintoss, it will automatically send to this Todoist address. If you have multiple email addresses in Braintoss you can select the email address by holding the “+” button before sending.

*You can find your Todoist email address in each project. Open Todoist, go to a project, click on the three (3) dots in the upper right hand corner, click on Email tasks to this project and you will see the email address. Only via online, not in the Todoist app.
